Leadership Role for Restaurant Operations

We are seeking a skilled and experienced restaurant operations leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations in our restaurants. With a focus on multitasking, leadership, and quality control, this role requires a motivated individual who thrives under pressure and can maintain high standards while working efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow
- Lead a section of the restaurant floor, guaranteeing all guests receive attentive and friendly service
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, conducting on-the-job training and ensuring service standards are consistently met
- Address guest requests and minor complaints with professionalism, escalating larger issues when necessary
- Maintain tables, stations, and service areas clean, properly set up, and well-stocked at all times
- Monitor inventory of service items and inform the supervisor of any needs
- Support supervisors and managers in implementing promotions or new service initiatives
- At least 1 year of experience as a Captain, Senior Waiter, or similar role within a busy restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and service excellence
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
