Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including scheduling and training.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and handle feedback or service recovery professionally.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
  • Manage inventory of dining-related supplies and liaise with vendors when needed.
  • Assist in event coordination or special dining experiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in fine dining or Japanese cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work a 6-day schedule including weekends and public holidays (Sundays off).

Scheduled work shifts will fall between 10:30am – 11:00pm, within a 44-hour work week.
