- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including scheduling and training.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle feedback or service recovery professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Manage inventory of dining-related supplies and liaise with vendors when needed.
- Assist in event coordination or special dining experiences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in fine dining or Japanese cuisine.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work a 6-day schedule including weekends and public holidays (Sundays off).
Scheduled work shifts will fall between 10:30am – 11:00pm, within a 44-hour work week.
