**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Front Desk Management:**
    • Greet guests and clients in a professional manner and provide them with necessary information and assistance.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.
    • Respond to guest and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Administrative Support:**
    • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
    • Maintain office equipment, supplies, and records, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to arrange services and materials as needed.
    • Assist with events planning and coordination, including meal and catering arrangements.
    • Manage and maintain inventory and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • **Requirements:**
    • Prior experience in customer service and administration is highly desirable.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
