  • Provide front desk reception duties
  • Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondences
  • Sort and coordinate mails and courier services
  • Provide general administrative support such as routing of mails to staff
  • Administrative support for Standing Committee and Council Meetings
  • Data entry and record keeping of databases
  • Disseminate chamber’s eDMs
  • Assist in chamber events and activities
  • Assist with procurement duties
  • Assist to update staff telephone extension & seating arrangement
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant working experienceExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsKnowledge in MS Office applicationsResponsible and positive attitude with an eye for detailEnthusiasm to learn and ability to work independently and in a team
