Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to walk-in customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Assist with visitor check-in, providing directions and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests.
- Sort, scan, and archive documents, as well as perform internal dispatching and document mailing/courier services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager, including administrative tasks and special projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
