  • Drive analytical rigor in defining system requirements and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to gather stakeholder requirements, fostering collaborative environments that ignite creativity and drive business outcomes.
  • Elevate regulatory compliance through expert implementation of KYC, AML, FATCA, and Actimize initiatives, embedding best practices within digital workflows and core banking systems.
  • Craft harmonious API integrations across host systems, payment gateways, and third-party providers, streamlining data exchange and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Map intricate customer journeys, crafting bespoke onboarding processes, dispute resolution pathways, and card management solutions that bolster customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute UAT test cases, ensuring thorough validation and smooth go-lives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with strategic banking objectives.
  • Identify and drive BPR initiatives to revitalize operational efficiency, driving impactful change through innovative process reengineering.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of professional experience in Systems/Business Analysis, with extensive work in Banking and Financial Services.
  • Deep domain knowledge in retail & corporate banking, payments, cards, and digital banking platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in regulatory compliance projects like AML, KYC, FATCA, and Actimize.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional documentation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Skilled in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Proficient in tools: SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Vision Plus, MS Office.
