Transformation and Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Enablement Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and transformation across our Wealth Solutions business.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Head of Planning & Performance in partnership with key stakeholders to enable change delivery and transformation across the business. You will focus on innovation, enablement, and enhancing client experiences while ensuring the business is scalable and efficient.

You will be responsible for managing risks, issues, and governance, as well as providing strategic support to the Programme Manager. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective programme delivery and embedding best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Fit For Growth (FFG) initiatives, working with initiative owners and Hive leads to ensure project deliveries are effectively implemented across geographies, financials, and costs incurred.
• Timely escalating potential project issues to the team leader and actively following up to resolve them in an effective manner.
• Providing financial and business management support for the global Wealth Solutions business, including budgeting, financial analysis, risk mitigation, and completion of Corporate plans and Business reinstatement exercises.
• Developing and maintaining data dashboards based on agreed roadmaps.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and review materials to support discussions and decision-making at respective forums.

Programme Governance:

You will develop and sustain the programme governance framework, including reporting cadences, meeting structures, and associated artifacts. Ensure compliance with Change Delivery Standards (CDS) and promote awareness throughout the programme. Conduct regular reviews to evaluate adherence to established standards and promote consistency across programme documentation.

Planning & Execution Support:

You will provide planning and execution support to the Programme Manager, developing comprehensive programme plans that align with approved business cases. Collaborate with the Programme Manager to ensure initiative plans are synchronized and integrated with overall programme delivery plans.

Risk & Issue Management:

You will identify and assess risks at the programme level, supporting the development of comprehensive risk mitigation plans. Collaborate with Programme Managers to manage risks and issues effectively and update records in Clarity.

Resource Management:

You will consolidate and monitor comprehensive resource management views, identifying gaps relative to forecasted requirements. Input information into Clarity related to actual and forecasted resource data. Work collaboratively with Programme Managers to determine staffing needs/changes for the programme.

Business Stakeholders:

Key stakeholders include Group and Market COOs, functional partners, business stakeholders, Hive Leads, Hive Tech Leads, Product Owners, Technology Teams, Client Journey Leads, Onboarding Leads, Servicing and Transacting Leads, BRM Leads, and Country Product Teams.
