Drive cloud innovation and transformation as a Business Development Manager.

Join a team of industry specialists and technology experts to help customers leverage AWS and accelerate their transformation journeys across various domains.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales for cloud services, cyber security services, digital services, and generative AI solutions within the assigned region.
  • Understand customers' businesses at a high level, identify how cloud technologies can address their challenges, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Lead discussions on cloud architecture and offerings, working closely with technical teams as needed.
  • Engage existing clients to uncover new opportunities and generate leads, as well as reach out to potential clients to close deals.
  • Establish strategic relationships with CXOs and key decisionmakers, conduct AWS solution demos, and create presales documentation independently.
  • Collaborate with AWS regional field sales teams for joint customer engagements.
  • Partner with AWS and other technology partner managers to acquire leads, gather market insights, and facilitate deal closures.
  • Represent the company at regional cloud events and industry trade shows.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, timely collections, and contract renewals.
  • Demonstrate leadership, ownership, and accountability as a valuable team player.
  • Independently manage key accounts and lead sales activities.
  • Be proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about new cloud concepts and offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years in sales leadership with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of cloud services, cyber security, and digital technologies.
  • Prior experience in cloud, cyber security, or digital services sales is required.
