Job Description
As a Cloud & Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, securing, and automating cloud-native solutions. Collaborate with architects, developers, and cybersecurity specialists to embed security into every phase of the software development lifecycle.
Design and implement secure, scalable cloud solutions using platforms like AWS or Azure. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that integrate security controls, improve deployment efficiency, and ensure compliance with secure development practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop use cases, and translate business needs into technical solutions that align with enterprise architecture goals.
Embed security into every stage of the development lifecycle, performing code analysis, vulnerability assessments, and threat modelling across cloud-native and containerized applications.
Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation, enabling repeatable and auditable infrastructure deployments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Proficient in the full DevSecOps pipeline tools, including Jira, Redmine, Git, Github, Azure Pipeline, Bamboo, Azure Pipelines, SonarQube, Fortify, BurpSuite, BrowserStack, Nessus, Selenium, Katalon, BlazeMeter, JMeter, StressStimulus, Nexus repository, Whitesource.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security, Azure Security Engineer, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
