Senior Resident Support Specialist

As a dedicated professional in resident care, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our residents.
- Assist the registered nurses in delivering high-quality nursing care to residents within our Home.
- Work alongside physiotherapists to provide therapeutic activities that promote overall well-being.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that enhances the quality of life for our residents.
- Accompany residents to medical appointments, ensuring their health and well-being are prioritized.
In addition to your clinical skills, you will also be responsible for:
- Participating in upgrading programs to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and skills.
For this role, we are looking for individuals who have:
- Completed GCE N Level
- Attained training in either WSQ Higher Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Approved Training Centre (ATC) Healthcare (Home Care) Programme
Successful applicants without the required qualifications will be sent for Certificate in Community Care (Community Care Traineeship Programme) with all courses funded by the employer.
