Job Title: Senior Family Support Specialist


The role of the Senior Family Support Specialist involves overseeing a caseload and implementing intervention plans with clients. This includes supporting our agency's casework system, providing information and referral services, and networking with community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a reasonable caseload and provide clinical supervision for Social Work Practitioners
  • Assess client needs and plan appropriate intervention strategies
  • Support our agency's I&R standard operating system including administration, intake, referral, outcome follow-up and closure of cases
  • Network and outreach to residents and relevant partners in our Community
  • Lead in planning, co-ordination, monitoring and review of Groupwork and Community Work programmes
  • Liaise and work with organisations and partners to facilitate effective work with residents in our Community
  • Supervise staff in programme development and implementation
