Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with families, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of child-centric case plans that address the unique needs of each child;
  • Engage with children and parents to provide information and skills on meeting child's developmental needs;
  • Collaborate with social / community partners and government agencies to provide comprehensive support services;
  • Maintain accurate records of family interactions and progress;
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Social Work or equivalent qualification;
  • At least 2 years' experience in social service, working with families or early childhood education sector;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
