Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide counseling, program and case management services to individuals and families in need.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to individuals and families
- Conduct talks, workshops and training sessions on family support and well-being
- Develop and implement programs to support family relationships and overall well-being
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client interactions and program outcomes
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in social work or counseling
- Specialized training in family violence, family and marital therapy (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults and seniors
- Knowledge of community resources and referrals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
