Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality support services to individuals and families, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling, program management, and case management services to clients.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and talks to promote social well-being.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social work or counseling.
  • Prior experience with specialist skills training in family violence, family and marital therapy is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
