Job Opportunity: Channel Cybersecurity Specialist

This challenging and exciting role requires expertise in cybersecurity products and solutions. As a Channel Cybersecurity Specialist, you will provide technical support to channel partners and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including network security, endpoint security, data security, cloud security, and network performance solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity products and solutions, including network security, endpoint security, data security, cloud security, and network performance solutions.
  • Conducting in-depth technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) exercises for customers and partners.
  • Highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the products.
  • Collaborating with channel partners to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Delivering product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Responding to RFI/RFPs with accurate and compelling technical content.
  • Supporting sales to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers/partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conducting workshops, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers/partners on assigned cybersecurity products or network performance solutions.
  • Assisting in onboarding new partners with solution knowledge and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of product presales experience in cybersecurity and network performance and monitoring solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including network security, endpoint security, data security, cloud security, and network performance solutions.
  • Familiarity with solution design, architecture frameworks, and integration best practices.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Certifications in advanced cybersecurity or networking.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Experience working in the cybersecurity or managed services industry.
