About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a key role in helping our users achieve strong cybersecurity with our solutions.
As a Cybersecurity Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for:
• Understanding user requirements and supporting users to achieve strong cybersecurity with our solutions;
• Advising customers on the deployment architecture and best practices for our products;
• Deploying and configuring our solutions in customer data centers or cloud environments;
• Developing and configuring use cases to meet user's needs;
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues;
• Supporting the sales team by conducting technical sales demos and answering technical inquiries during sales;
• Serving as the interface between users and our product engineering teams;

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• At least 3 years of experience in system administration, cloud administration or IT networking;
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Experience with system and cloud administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes);
• Experience with networking;
• Experience with Python or other high-level programming languages;
• Familiarity with Bash scripting;
• Familiarity with database administration and SQL is a plus;
• Prior experience as an application field engineer or a customer success engineer is an advantage;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to excel in a collaborative team setting;
