Job Opportunity: Cybersecurity Solutions Expert

As a seasoned cybersecurity professional, you will be responsible for delivering pre-sales technical support on assigned security products to customers and partners. You will work closely with the Sales team to develop and position solutions for go-to-market selling and customer proposals.

  • Provide strategic cybersecurity solution selling and demonstration services.
  • Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements.
  • Perform proof of concept for proposed cybersecurity solutions/network performance solutions.
  • Work with solution vendors on business solution proposals and attend RFI/RFP design, compliance, and clarifications.
  • Develop design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers on assigned cybersecurity products.
  • Conduct in-house lab tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, endpoint/network designs, and endpoint/network deployments using new products and features.
  • Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Pre-Sales activities to large enterprise or government sector or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the security industry.
  • Technical knowledge in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, Software-Defined Networks, Network Performance tools, UNIX, Windows, VMware, Security (Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud).
