
Exceptional Guest Experience Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our hospitality team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is also essential.
We are looking for a friendly and professional individual who can provide warm, welcoming service to all guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
- Handle room reservations and manage booking requests
- Attend to guest enquiries, special requests and feedback in a courteous manner
- Maintain guest records and front desk documentation
- Co-ordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver excellent customer service to all guests
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
