Job Description

A seasoned Senior Manager, Service Sales Asia is sought after to lead our team in the After Sales Support of all MTU engines and sales of service products in Asia for assigned applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional growth, overseeing sales operations, and delivering on key performance indicators.

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is a global leader in integrated power and propulsion solutions, employing around 9,000 people worldwide. Our product portfolio includes high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail, and defense vehicles, as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers.

As a Senior Manager, Service Sales Asia, you will be expected to develop and drive strategic growth initiatives with internal stakeholders, distributors, partners, and subsidiaries to increase the sales pipeline. You will also be responsible for analyzing after-sales market potential, promoting value-added service product offerings, and establishing long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive regional sales growth and achieve service sales revenue and contribution margin targets.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
  3. Analyze market trends, sales figures, and engine installed base to inform business decisions.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  5. Lead and develop the Service Sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure succession planning.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective pricing, discounts, and commercials for subsidiaries, customers, and distributors.
  7. Participate in conferences, fairs, special customer events, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership experience with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • People management experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant regional experience and understanding of the market and culture within the region.
  • Experience in Marine, Industrial, Governmental, Defense, Machinery, and Oil and Gas.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, excellent coordination, influential, and communication skills.
