Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition specialist to play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with experience in sourcing and screening candidates, providing a seamless candidate experience, managing client relationships, drafting employment contracts, and staying up-to-date with local labor market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Screening: Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals. Screen candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit our company culture.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a professional, friendly, and timely experience for all candidates, ensuring their interactions are smooth and efficient.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences, providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies and solutions.
  • Contract Management: Draft and negotiate employment contracts that comply with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and temp hiring practices, ensuring all recruitment practices are conducted in accordance with Employment Agencies Act (Cap. 92) and internal compliance policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics, such as time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and quality-of-hire, providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Certification: Must be CEI (Basic) Certified under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in temp and contract placements.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, work pass regulations, and contractual employment practices.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Technology: Proficient in using ATS and recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, FastJobs, or MyCareersFuture.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Agency Experience: Experience in a licensed employment agency or staffing firm in Singapore.
  • Volume Hiring: Proven track record of successful placements in volume hiring or temp roles.
  • Bilingualism: Bilingual in English and a second language will be a plus for liaising with a diverse candidate pool.
