We are seeking a skilled and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in uncovering top talent and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the recruiting team to align goals and strategies, leveraging your creativity to source exceptional candidates.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive successful outcomes.
- SOURCE CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS ONLINE CHANNELS, INCLUDING JOB BOARDS, INTERNAL DATABASES, FORUMS, SOCIAL PLATFORMS, AND PROFESSIONAL NETWORKS WITHIN ASSIGNED REGIONS.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, posting jobs, screening resumes, and providing interview support.
- Bolster networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate influential relationships during the selection process.
- Create a pool of qualified candidates, establishing new sourcing channels for both domestic and overseas markets.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or Business-related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition support.
- Proficient in MS Office and other online tools, with advanced proficiency in technical skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
