Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving strategic sourcing and procurement excellence within the Medical Device industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sourcing strategies and supplier initiatives, building and managing vendor relationships, conducting industry horizon scanning, benchmarking, and competitive analysis of key medical technologies, and facilitating cross-functional meetings with stakeholders.

Additionally, the successful candidate will supervise and mentor the procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture, align user and vendor expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree with 3-8 years of relevant procurement and team management experience.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, policy development, and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
