Senior Strategic Sourcing Professional

This is a key position requiring both technical and business expertise. As a senior professional, the successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy for EFEMs, incorporating sub-category strategies for various equipment types.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Sourcing & Category Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic plan for EFEM categories, including sub-categories for wafer transfer modules, load ports, aligners, robots, controllers, Fan filters, Frame structure etc.
- Supplier Qualification & Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to support innovation, capacity expansion, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Contracting & Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations on purchase agreements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, NPI and manufacturing teams to understand technical requirements and ensure supplier capabilities.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental risks affecting the EFEM supply base.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's or certifications (CPSM, PMP) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management in semiconductor or high-tech equipment industries.
- Deep technical knowledge of EFEMs, including wafer handling robotics, atmospheric transfer systems, and cleanroom automation technologies.
- International travel may be required for business purposes.
