Job Description

The strategic sourcing leader will be responsible for combining supplier relationship management with operational purchasing to drive strategic supplier engagement and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key manufacturers and franchise distributors to secure access to critical product and industry insights.
  • Negotiate and collaborate to enhance supplier performance and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of similar experience in the electronic components industry is preferred.
  • Proven expertise and relationships with suppliers and franchise distributors.
  • In-depth knowledge of parts and manufacturers, including Texas Instruments (TI), Analog Devices Inc. (ADI), On Semi, ST Microelectronics, Broadcom (BCM), and other board level IC's / semiconductors and Passives.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize market information into actionable strategies, market reports, and internal training materials.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to support effective communication in a global context.
