Market Manager Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with accommodation providers and driving growth through strategic planning and new business development.

  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase our portfolio of accommodation partners.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with hotel owners and management to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships and optimize product offerings on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement market development plans to drive growth and expand our presence in Hong Kong.
  • Pitch and secure new hotel partnerships to enhance our portfolio and market footprint.
  • Conduct negotiations with potential hotel partners to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Secure additional lodging rates and availability information during high demand periods to satisfy customer needs.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with us to hotel owners and management through compelling presentations.
  • Manage hotel accounts and develop mutually beneficial relationships to grow market share.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business, Communications, or Social Science from a top local or overseas university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in hotel reservation or commercial roles.
