Job Overview:

The Accommodation Operations Specialist plays a key role in the smooth functioning of our reservations department, overseeing daily tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and update room reservations using Property Management Systems (PMS) software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation data for efficient decision-making.
  • Boost hotel revenue by promoting upselling opportunities to team members.
  • Handle special requests and assign rooms accordingly to meet guest expectations.
  • Resolve booking issues or discrepancies professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Train team members in reservation operations to ensure accuracy and excellent guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Hospitality/Tourism or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience are necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud technology is highly beneficial.
