The market is massive — international student mobility is a multi‐billion‐dollar industry, and demand for trusted housing platforms is only growing.
We are looking for a
commercially‐driven co‐founder
who's ready to roll up their sleeves. Their primary mission will be
driving exponential growth to become the go‐to platform worldwide
— owning the marketing strategy, leading fundraising, and managing investor relations. Domain experience in
student accommodation, homestay, further education, or the international student space
will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
Lead
global growth strategy
to scale both student demand and accommodation supply
Own the
marketing function
— SEO, paid ads, social, content, influencer partnerships, PR
Leverage our five global partner integrations for co‐marketing and joint campaigns
Lead
fundraising efforts
and manage investor relations
Build and manage strategic partnerships with universities, agents, and housing providers
Align growth and marketing KPIs with revenue and user acquisition targets
Requirements
Proven experience
scaling
a marketplace, SaaS, or proptech business
Expertise in
growth marketing
and
brand building
Successful track record in
fundraising and investor relations
Domain experience in student accommodation, homestay, further education, or international student markets (preferred)
Please note: this is a co-founder opportunity, not a consulting engagement. Equity is tied to contribution, and we're seeking someone ready to roll up their sleeves.
Compensation
Performance-based equity stake (negotiable). If you can move the needle, you'll earn your stake and shape the future of the business.
Option to invest capital for additional equity
No base salary initially — full commitment to equity growth
