Overview

is built, live, and operational — connecting students to housing in major study destinations worldwide. We've integrated five global accommodation partners, giving us instant reach into multiple international student markets. The market is massive — international student mobility is a multi‑billion‑dollar industry, and demand for trusted housing platforms is only growing.

We are looking for a commercially‑driven co‑founder who's ready to roll up their sleeves. Their primary mission will be driving exponential growth to become the go‑to platform worldwide — owning the marketing strategy, leading fundraising, and managing investor relations. Domain experience in student accommodation, homestay, further education, or the international student space will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities
  • Lead global growth strategy to scale both student demand and accommodation supply
  • Own the marketing function — SEO, paid ads, social, content, influencer partnerships, PR
  • Leverage our five global partner integrations for co‑marketing and joint campaigns
  • Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relations
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with universities, agents, and housing providers
  • Align growth and marketing KPIs with revenue and user acquisition targets
Requirements
  • Proven experience scaling a marketplace, SaaS, or proptech business
  • Expertise in growth marketing and brand building
  • Successful track record in fundraising and investor relations
  • Domain experience in student accommodation, homestay, further education, or international student markets (preferred)
  • Please note: this is a co-founder opportunity, not a consulting engagement. Equity is tied to contribution, and we're seeking someone ready to roll up their sleeves.
Compensation
  • Performance-based equity stake (negotiable). If you can move the needle, you'll earn your stake and shape the future of the business.
  • Option to invest capital for additional equity
  • No base salary initially — full commitment to equity growth
