Job Title: Accommodation Attendant

 

Job Description:

 

  • We are seeking a diligent Accommodation Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
  • The Accommodation Attendant will work closely with other staff members to ensure a high standard of service is maintained.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Cleaning: Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and tidy, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and restocking amenities.
  2. Laundry: Collect dirty laundry, change linens, and manage laundry supplies to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  3. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of housekeeping supplies and inventory to prevent stock shortages.
  4. Reporting: Notify management of any maintenance or safety issues that may impact the quality of service provided.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Physical fitness to perform duties such as cleaning and lifting heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards of service.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective use and maintenance.

Other Information:

 

  • This is a full-time position working 6 days a week (8am-8pm) with a 1.5-hour lunch break.
