
Accommodation Specialist

About the Role:
Our company is seeking a skilled professional to provide housing and relocation support to Japanese companies and expatriates based in Singapore. This role requires strong communication skills, particularly in Japanese language, as well as experience in B2B sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive housing and relocation services to Japanese clients
* Handle corporate lease arrangements for housing with Japanese companies
* Conduct client needs assessments, prepare proposals and quotations, and support the signing process
* Assist Japanese expatriates and their families in searching for housing
* Work closely with our CEA-licensed real estate agents to arrange and attend property viewings, support legal documentation and tenancy preparation, including termination notices, and other required documents
* Coordinate with our local operations team to manage internal paperwork
* Serve as the primary liaison for Japanese clients
Requirements:
* Japanese language proficiency required to communicate effectively with Japanese customers
* Familiarity with Japanese business culture essential for understanding Japanese customers' needs
* Experience in B2B sales or dealings with corporate clients preferred
* Customer service or client-facing experience preferred
* Business-level English proficiency for internal and external communication
* No prior real estate/leasing experience required
* Strong time management, proactive approach, and good personality
* Willingness to work on weekends when required; compensatory off will be provided
