Job Summary

The Luxury Hotel Accommodations Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, providing exceptional service to our guests, and working collaboratively with the hotel team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to a high standard, including changing bed linens and towels as required.
  • Equip the trolley with necessary supplies and keep it neat and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure all amenities are in place and in good working order.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Physically fit and healthy.
  • Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and ability to multitask.
