About the Role:

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing and expanding the Medical Robotics business in the Asia Pacific region. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing regional strategies and market introduction plans, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and related companies
  • Driving strategic initiatives that align with regional and global business goals
  • Building and managing a high-performing team to support the growth of the Medical Robotics business
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Candidates should possess strong business development experience, particularly in the Robotic Assisted Surgery Industry. They should also have experience selling to C-suite hospital management, surgeons, OR teams, and procurement. Regional exposure, preferably in the APAC region, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel and commit to long-term growth opportunities. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
