**Job Description**:
As a Regional Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company within Asia Pacific region. This role requires a strategic and results-oriented individual who can identify and capitalise on business opportunities, build and maintain key partnerships, and lead a team to achieve revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify business opportunities and trends in the assigned region;
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organisational goals;
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth;
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the region;
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to ensure the team meets or exceeds objectives;
- Work closely with senior management to develop and refine business development strategies;
- Understand client needs and collaborate with the team to deliver tailored solutions;
- Regularly report on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and business development activities; Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus;
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience;
- Experience in data centre and cloud computing industry is preferred;
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to adapt to changes and implement innovative solutions;
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region.
