About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager at QSC APAC PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Singapore market.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with design engineers, sales teams, and senior management within our channel partner accounts. You will be the key point of contact for representing, demonstrating, educating, and selling our products and solutions.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated. Your ability to manage a sales pipeline, provide pre-sales support, and collaborate internally will be essential to achieving your goals.

Essential Functions/Core Duties:

  • Account Management: Manage and develop existing accounts by demonstrating products, presenting marketing materials, identifying opportunities, creating quotes, and overseeing the sales pipeline.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide system design and technical support management to our channel partners.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on relevant information from the field as it pertains to market trends, competitive landscape, sales opportunities, and channel activities.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate internally with the regional go-to-market team, product development team, and marketing to share insights and drive success.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Polytechnic Diploma
  • AV and IT industry certifications appreciated
  • 5 years of AV industry experience
  • 3 years of prior sales experience in developing and managing a pipeline
  • General understanding of the integrated AV industry including technologies, vertical markets, and competitive landscape
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, and AV industry software
  • Fluent with computer technologies, networking, and IT speak
  • Must be fluent in English
