Job Title: Senior Operational Risk and Control Associate
">- Support the implementation of an operational risk framework to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee risk self-assessments, control testing, incident management, and remediation plans to mitigate potential risks.
- Coordinate regulatory reviews and support timely closure of audit recommendations to maintain a strong control environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor front office control results, complaints handling, and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
- Support governance committees by preparing materials and minutes to ensure effective decision-making.
- Contribute to operational risk framework enhancements and conduct governance initiatives to promote a culture of risk awareness.
- Drive efficiency through streamlining and automating reporting processes to improve data quality.
- Assist with procedure management and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in audit/compliance/operational risk.
