Operational Risk Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operational Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing operational risk and developing frameworks to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance existing operational risk management frameworks
  • Work closely with stakeholders to implement risk governance and oversight
  • Design and establish metrics for key risk indicators (KRIs) and implement controls
  • Coordinate operational risk management efforts and manage Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) activities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good knowledge of operational risk management-related regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Familiarity with ICAAP, RCSA, and non-financial risk management concepts
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Good project management skills and experience
