We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Specialist to support the development and implementation of risk management frameworks.
- Develop and implement risk policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure effective risk management.
- Collaborate with risk champions and owners across business units to compile and review risk reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze regional incident data to identify trends and themes, and develop recommendations for mitigating operational risks.
- Support product risk assessments to ensure controls are validated and remedial actions are timely.
- Manage key risk indicators across risk pillars and provide regular updates to central risk oversight.
- Participate in operational risk initiatives such as third-party risk management, incident management, and business continuity planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 3-6 years experience in financial services, operational risk, audit, advisory, or product management.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
