Job Title: Risk Management Professional

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective operational risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize operational risks.
  • Design and implement controls to manage operational risks and promote best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operational risk management into business operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and enhance existing Operational Risk Management frameworks.
  2. Implement Operational Resilience framework in APAC and work with key stakeholders to leverage on the enhancement and integration of existing frameworks.
  3. Coordinate operational risk management efforts and manage Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) activities across the APAC.
  4. Cultivate and promote a strong operational risk culture and ensure adherence to operational risk management policies, procedures, and standards.


Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Operational Risk Management-related regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with ICAAP, RCSA, operational resilience concepts, and non-financial risk management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong project management skills and experience.
