Job Title: Senior Risk Management Leader

About the Role
As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing specialist advice, assurance, and acceptance of decisions related to Operational Risk and Compliance (OR&C) across Technology, COO, and Support Units at CBA India.

Responsibilities
• Lead within the Risk Management function and support COO and CBA India by ensuring effective implementation of the Risk Management Approach and Operational Risk and Compliance Management Frameworks.
• Work closely with the Executive Manager to provide independent services over risk management, actively uplift risk capability, and oversee the governance of operational risks through various internal risk committees and governance forums.
• Conduct deep dive reviews on operational risks and control areas, investigate emerging risks and control issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal frameworks.
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders to become a trusted advisor, provide practical recommendations, and ensure compliance with the Operational Risk Management Frameworks.

Requirements
• At least 15 years of experience in operational risk management, a background in Global Capability Centres (GCC), and knowledge of industry best practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to influence senior management and articulate operational risks to diverse stakeholders.
• A curious mindset, interest in learning, and adherence to industry standards and frameworks are also key attributes for this role.
