Guest Services Officer - Telephone Operator
Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Guest Services Officer - Telephone Operator to join our team at Andaz Singapore. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
Salary & Benefits:The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of SGD 3,200 per month, with opportunities for overtime pay and a range of benefits including medical, dental, and optical coverage, as well as staff discounts and uniform allowances.
Job Description:As a Guest Services Officer - Telephone Operator, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will work closely with the Guest Services Centre team to ensure that all guest inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume calls from guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to guest emails and other correspondence, providing accurate and helpful information
- Collaborate with the Guest Services Centre team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of guest issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent Mandarin language skills (an advantage)
