Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Relationship Development Manager to join our team at OCBC Bank.
About the Role
This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take on a key role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with Premier Banking customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Offer Professional Wealth Advice - Develop and implement effective strategies to offer personalized wealth advice to Premier Banking customers, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
- Acquire New Customers - Utilize event and sales activities to acquire new Premier Banking customers, promoting the benefits of our services and driving revenue growth.
- Service Delivery - Foster strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Compliance - Adhere to all regulatory and documentary requirements, ensuring seamless execution of sales transactions and account opening processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years sales or service experience in the Financial or Service industry (e.g. Airline, Telco, Hotel, Tourism)
- Strong understanding of both financial and non-financial markets as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good social networking skills.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
- Preferably multi-lingual.
Estimated Salary: SGD 6,500 - SGD 8,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
