Job Description:
Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing. Manages corporate and third party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.
Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
Project / Product Management: Assist in the planning and executing of digital transformation projects within the supply chain.
Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document project specifications.
Business Analysis: Support data querying and analysis to inform project decisions and drive improvements.
Contribute to automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization in the areas of supply chain, project management using best fit technology stack.
Help manage workflow documentation and establish best practices for project management.
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on assigned tasks.
Research industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
Education and Experience Required:
Degree in supply chain, business analysis and administration, engineering, IT.
Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrates basic knowledge of project management methods and tools.
Participates in the Services PM Profession community.
On a development plan to build project management skills.
Business analytics: SQL, Advanced Excel, PowerBI.
Curiosity, problem solving and presentation skills.
Process Improvement and Optimization experience is welcome.
