Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

This role focuses on providing operational support and communications outreach across multiple locations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide on-site support to various teams within the organization.
    • Offer frontline concierge services to employees and visitors.
    • Manage room and AV/IT systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
    • Support the provision of office supplies and employee inductees through vending and parcel locker machines.
    • Administrate daily pantry upkeep and manage gym operations, ensuring timely maintenance works are completed.
    • Develop content for monthly promotions and plan employee-related initiatives to enhance productivity.
    • Provide wayfinding assistance to public visitors and escalate service requests to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS).
    • Offer logistics and AV support for events organized within the facilities.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline is required.
  • Strong service excellence mindset and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are essential.
