Within CISO, the Vulnerability Operations (VO) Team is responsible for managing and enhancing Vulnerability Threat Management (VTM) globally, overseeing critical vulnerabilities, and managing the lifecycle of vulnerabilities for technology products within the CISO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for antivirus and malware technologies such as CrowdStrike, Trellix, Zscaler, and Checkpoint Harmony.
  • Act as a technology subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders, guiding compliance initiatives and project direction.
  • Ensure that all functional integrations align with business objectives.
  • Identify the root causes of problems and assess their business impact.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Operations and Technology teams to enhance risk oversight.
  • Address non-compliance issues in coordination with business management.
  • Establish communication channels with partners across sectors to effectively address security challenges.
  • Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring the firm's reputation and the protection of Citibank, its clients, and assets, while adhering to laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a banking or financial institution is preferred.
  • Strong background in Cyber Security and antivirus/malware technologies, particularly with CrowdStrike, Trellix, Zscaler.
  • Information Security Certifications or a commitment to obtain them within 12 months of employment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with scripting and programming languages is preferred.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply information security policies and standards.
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
