Job Title: Senior Ecommerce Experience Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ecommerce Experience Strategist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

  • You will perform seasonal and weekly product builds and UAT to guarantee seamless shopping experiences.
  • You will regularly update the web assortment, adhering to standards for US sites.
  • You will monitor performance of Related Product setup and Group-to-Category setup.
  • You will develop categories, thumbnails, and visual navigation with quarterly updates.
  • You will seasonally manage copy and delete operations.
  • You will update SEO content as required.
  • You will manage promotion set-ups and takedowns.
  • You will resolve PIP issues raised by merchants and stores.
  • You will conduct regular site scrubs to ensure accuracy and seamlessness.
  • You will support ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum tertiary qualification and 2 years' experience in e-commerce or related fields.
  • The ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions.
  • A strong affinity for products and brands.
  • Proven analytical, business planning, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and changing circumstances.
  • Experience working globally and across multiple time zones.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Excel skills with knowledge of pivot tables and v-lookups.
