Talent Acquisition and Management Expert

Talent Trader Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality HR services, while maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from identifying staffing needs to conducting effective recruitment strategies
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best candidates are selected
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition into the company
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans to maintain a positive work environment
• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year performance reviews, and annual performance assessments to drive employee growth and development
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations to protect the organization's interests
• Process payroll and maintain accurate HR records to ensure seamless operations
• Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and talent development programs to enhance employee experience and business outcomes
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to drive innovation and excellence in HR practices
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field to possess the necessary knowledge and skills in HR management
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in an MNC environment within the machinery industry to demonstrate expertise in HR practices
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and employment processes to deliver results-driven solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and trust
• Proficient in MS Office applications to leverage technology for efficiency and productivity
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask to deliver quality results and manage competing demands
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives
