Enterprise Account Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities with our customer accounts, developing long-term relationships with customers, and collaborating with potential key partners to build business plans and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with customer accounts to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with potential key partners to build business plans, set objectives, and complete customer mapping
- Conduct partner enablement sessions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Maintain renewal opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize revenue potential
- Manage sales forecasts, drive pipeline growth, and registration/escalation processes for your region
- Facilitate business development activities and assist with the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies
- Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products and strategy through product demos, marketing events, and co-marketing with partners
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in an account management role with a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of various marketing techniques and strategies
- Experience managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor
- Deep understanding of enterprise application software solution selling
- Motivated to work with leading-edge technologies and apply them to drive business value to partners
- Customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for technology and sales-driven
- Business-level English proficiency, both verbal and written (other APAC languages are a bonus)
Additional Information:
- This position is based out of Singapore
- International travel may be required
