As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities with our customer accounts, developing long-term relationships with customers, and collaborating with potential key partners to build business plans and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with customer accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with potential key partners to build business plans, set objectives, and complete customer mapping
  • Conduct partner enablement sessions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain renewal opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize revenue potential
  • Manage sales forecasts, drive pipeline growth, and registration/escalation processes for your region
  • Facilitate business development activities and assist with the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies
  • Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products and strategy through product demos, marketing events, and co-marketing with partners

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in an account management role with a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of various marketing techniques and strategies
  • Experience managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor
  • Deep understanding of enterprise application software solution selling
  • Motivated to work with leading-edge technologies and apply them to drive business value to partners
  • Customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for technology and sales-driven
  • Business-level English proficiency, both verbal and written (other APAC languages are a bonus)

  • This position is based out of Singapore
  • International travel may be required
