About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at AlwaysHired Pte Ltd. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise-level clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our enterprise-level clients
- Provide expert product knowledge and consultative services to customers to drive adoption and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, with a strong track record of success in enterprise-level sales
- Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate complex technical information to customers
