Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at ASEANET MANPOWER CONSULTING PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, establishing and nurturing long-term, trusting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts
  • Establish and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor and influencer
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the monday.com solution and demonstrate how it delivers value and ROI to customers
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Gain deep knowledge of the monday.com platform, including its capabilities and benefits
  • Consult with customers to assess their internal processes and drive organizational change
  • Partner with internal teams at monday.com to ensure successful account management

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting with large, enterprise-level accounts
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathetic, and energetic demeanor
