Enterprise Singapore is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enterprise Talent Coordinator to support the administration and execution of redesigned early talent programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process of Management Associates (MA) and Scholars, including arranging interviews and preparing interview materials.
  • Update and maintain MA and Scholars information master trackers using Excel, where data will be used to inform early talent dashboard.
  • Support the migration of MAP and Scholarship processes to Cumulus during the transition state and steady state, including data migration and data confirmation for existing MAs and Scholars.
  • Coordinate onboarding matters for offered MAs and Scholars, including managing offer letters, candidate documents, and candidate e-Pfiles.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and execute various training programs, such as Global Ready Series.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in talent attraction and recruitment
  • Can-do spirit, resourceful, innovative, collaborative, and excellence-oriented
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
